We have a new exciting class starting Wednesday, November 1st at 6:15 am. Empowerment Movement. A group boot camp class that will help improve overall strength and conditioning in a fun and motivating way! Join instructor and Certified Personal Trainer Tom Wiegleb Wednesdays at 6:15 am!
We will be starting our Fall hours Sunday October 1st. We will be open 7:30-6:00pm on the weekends.
Don't forget we have 2 new classes starting this week. Cardio fusion with Meg Meyer on Mondays 5:30-6:30pm and Zumba is back with Maryann Boyd on Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm.
