Our Training Center - Has it all! We feature: Over 30 pieces of Body Masters selectorized strength equipment, a huge area devoted to Body Master free weights, over 50 pieces of cardio-equipment including; Quinton treadmills, Precor EFX, Lifecycles, Lifesteps, Concept II Rowers, Spinning bikes and more! The 3,500 square foot floor is energized by a rich stereo system and is fully air-conditioned. Cardio T.V. Balcony- More of the same cardio equipment while watching television news, sports or reading. Fully air-conditioned. Group Exercise Facility- The two thousand square foot exercise room provides a superbly cushioned hardwood floor and is fully air-conditioned. Multi-Purpose Room- Home to the “Rock” a motorized climbing wall. It’s a great place to stretch before or after a workout. The room is equipped with a heavy bag and a speed bag. Racquetball Courts- Our hardwood floor courts are first rate. They are equipped with retracting basketball hoops as well as fittings for the exciting games of wallyball. Indoor Pool Facility- Includes our 75’ X 40’ Olympic lap pool, maintained at 84 º, and a 16’ X 10’ "warm pool" maintained at a soothing 98 º. The pools are housed in a vast airy room with full glass doors leading out to the sun deck where there is a hot tub kept at 104 º. Pro Shop- Racquetball racquets and supplies, tanning products, swimming supplies, nutritional products, Vermont Sun sports wear and much more.
